On April 30, the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) announced the results of the 11th Corporate Governance Evaluation for 2024. The three listed companies under Microbio Group have once again achieved outstanding results. Microbio Co., Ltd. (4128) and Oneness Biotech Co Ltd. (4743) were both ranked in the top 5% of TPEx-listed companies for four consecutive years, maintaining their benchmark status in Corporate Governance. Diamond Biofund Inc. (6901), on its first evaluation, was honored as a top 5% performer among TWSE-listed companies. All three companies were also ranked in the top 10% of non-financial and non- electronics industry with a market value of TWD 10 billion or more, showcasing the group’s excellence in corporate governance and sustainable development.
The Corporate Governance Evaluation is conducted annually by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx), comprehensively assessing listed companies on their governance and sustainability performance. This year, 976 TWSE-listed and 773note TPEx-listed companies were evaluated. Being ranked in the top 5% represents the highest recognition in the evaluation.
